1. On your computer, click the "Windows Start" button.
2. Choose "Control Panel".
3. Double-click on "Add/remove Programs".
1. On your computer, open the Finder application.
2. Select "Applications" on the Sidebar.
3. Select the "NetSight" folder.
4. Double-click on "NetSightUninstall".
5. Click on the "Uninstall" button.
In the list that appears, select "Nielsen Online software" and click on "Remove" for both PCs and Macs.
